I despise how all this 3D tech is being shoved down our throats. Somethings make sense, others don't.
This is one thing that doesn't make sense. First and foremost, ANY person that cannot see from one eye, for whatever reason, accidental or childbirth is automatically discounted from anything dealing with 3D be it movies or TV or gaming. This is inexcusable. This is the equivalent of not having a ramp for those that are wheelchair bound or physically incapable of climbing stairs.

Secondly, there should be no reason for folks especially gamers to willingly overly expose their eyes to marathon sessions of 3D gaming. God knows what will happen. No one is saying anything, because NO STUDIES have been made. STOP BEING A GUINEA PIG! You only have one brain and one set of eyes.
If proper studies where made and it was declared safe then by all means lets welcome the new wave, and lets make it accessible to all.
However the last time I checked, I went to see a 3D movie and left with a splitting headache now they want to have 3D games, 3D cable, 3D sports events, 3D Everything.
    This is absolute horseshit.
