From a legal standpoint, they are negligent and they have a responsibility to make users whole as though the error never occurred. If they do not reimburse for overdraft fee, then I would recommend a small claim lawsuit or the initiation of a class action. Either way, it is a slam dunk case against EA Mythic. If you have an overdraft for 5-10 business days, you will start to incur daily fees. This whole mess up has the potential to be a huge disaster for those affected. If you are not made whole, I would recommend filing a complaint with your state attorney general's office as step one.
