Can anyone confirm if this will allow me to download all of the Xbox Live Arcade games I own, put them on a USB drive, and back them up on my PC harddrive?

I just want all my games backed up, because I fear that MS will one day in the future stop supporting Live the way they do today and I'll lose all my game purchases that I cannot fit on the Xbox hard drive.
