I'll reiterate what has been said in the past. If you have a company, and you want it to be there and be yours in the future DO NOT sell it to Activision or Microsoft. Or any other publisher for that matter. Let them be your publisher, not your owner. That way, when they start threatening to shut you down, you can say "Good day sir" and be on your way to find a more lucrative deal. Look at Brutal Legend for example.
