Chris, I'd love to meet you one day. I'm old enough to remember when TA came out... was actually graduated from grad school. I remember LAN parties with TA & TA:CC. I waited from 97 till 2007 for SupCom. 4 copies of SC and 2 FA... maybe I went a little crazy?

I don't know what 1/2 these guys are talking about... From TA, all I wanted was TA for current systems. TA-Spring, while good, just became too difficult for me to distribute to friends. I'm happy to say, I was able to get a new generation of kids hooked on TA while we waited for SC.

SC delivered on my hopes but all my son's friend's parents hated me... none of their 'gaming pc's' could run SC. While I've helped a few upgrade, there are several still lagging behind. Only now can most of them run SC.

My hope for SC2, a refresh of SC without any increase in system requirements. If SC2 is as good as SC but brings new life to the multiplayer I'll be oh so happy. I'm pre-ordering 2 copies, resistance is futile.
