stuff that sucks: having an issue with you server for five days and receiving abysmal customer support that takes you in circles until your product forums are crapped out the day after release and finally some dude has a light bulb in his head and realizes that yes, it is not your forum software and OOPS there's a dead drive in the RAID and its been this way for an unknown amount of time because people are idiots and now it has to be entirely rebuilt.
