What game(s) are you waiting for during the Steam Holiday Sale?

I already picked up GTA IV, Dragon Age: Origins (Digital Deluxe), and gifted (2) Torchlight, The Witcher, and Peggle Complete.

I'm just waiting for Mass Effect to go on sale. I could of bought it from EA Store for $9.99, but I prefer to have it on Steam. DA: O is pretty awesome in the mean time!
