I have no real respect for fundamentalist Christianity whatsoever and yet I still find this stunt really distasteful. it's so exploitative and in a way that's not even meant to be enjoyed ironically.
This would be different if any of this was actual tongue-in-cheek humour about a game that was self-aware about its ridiculousness.
But it's not. It's a series of really painful marketing stunts that aren't even clever, pushing a game that is a travesty by mere concept to begin with.
Is this the "new EA" we were promised? Their usual brand of crap repackaged to the EXTREEEEME?
