I used to be on the QTE hate wagon but really it comes down to how it is implemented by the developer (like many other features). I think if you somehow implement it as a "interactive cinematic" without an instance fail scenario and more like a take damage scenario or less experience but longer fight then you would have a much better QTE implementation than what has been used. Don't get me wrong, some are better than others. Seems better than JUST a cinematic. Would make boss fights more interesting.
