I think this sounds awesome. But, what happens in 2-3 years (or sooner?) when the 360 is replaced by the next Xbox? CCP has upgraded the hell out of EVE over time for the PC, b/c the player base doesn't need new hardware. I worry about the longevity of the community if it's relegated to a console.
