So they didn't recieve any money from Take-Two buying Infogrames... and why should they? They would have already been paid for the Exclusive Publishing Rights by Infogrames. Unless their contract with Infogrames had a stipulation about it voided in the event of a sale and allowed 3DR to retain all payments, they had no reason to expect to recieve a penny from the buyout.
