It's a damn shame 3drealms had to go under. I know some might argue that DNF would've been just another generic shooter, but that's exactly why it would've been so great. Duke Nukem invented badassery, and this game only would've perpetuated that image. It's not a game that was intended for use with a cowardly cover system or lame ass "tacticool" abilities. You go out there with your gold plated Deagle and you fuck shit up, plain and simple. Today's gamers piss and moan about the lack of originality in the FPS genre because they never seem to remember Duke Nukem. I hope that one day this game gets finished, 'cause lord knows I'd play the hell out of it.

But if this really is the end; rest in peace, my dear, sweet Duke. It's been quite the ride.
