    Holy shit, somehow I managed to find a studio in NYC one block from Central Park WITH an elevator and doorman for...

    1400/mo. Apparently it's rent stabilized and is really worth 2300 but since I'm awesome I get an awesome deal. Oh my, my 3 hours per day commute may be over. Praise housing jesus!
