need to add:

gamers have the right to skip ALL cinematic and loading screens after viewing them completely 3 times.


I am so sick to death of seeing EA nvidia blah blah blah while trying to play a game. You know what? I KNOW who made it, which studio, who nvidia and ati are, and what the game is called. If telling me 3 times isn't enough to saturate me with brand awareness, telling me 300 times won't help.
