PC version is GFW LIVE. And we know GTA 4 launches with Marketplace and Stand alone client in Novemeber. Chances are good that Underworld on PC will eventually have this DLC option aren't they? I wouldn't say it's certain, but we know exclusive usually means nothing when it comes to 360 and PC.
