This is a great article Aaron, and I'm sad to see so many people thinking this is just another "NINTENDO JUST MAKE GAMES FOR CASUALS, WAHHHH" piece.

The thing is, with Nintendo's apparent shift to allowing any publisher to release whatever they want, we really don't need to be campaigning Nintendo to do anything. We as gamers just need to buy the good stuff that's put out, and otherwise assure the 3rd-parties that we'll buy their games as long as they're interesting. It's the "core" games press like yourself that need to continue to highlight the quality core titles out there.
