Obviously this game would need some online capabilty, duie to the awesomness of Diablo 2 online (my lvl 99 druid Wez was fucking hardcore), which I'd still rathe play than WoW.

They just need to do it in a way that wont turn it into WoW and in essence destroying what made the game special. And to all the people who will reply "But straight forward hack n' slash and loot hunting is sooooo 10 years ago" I say fuck you.....Titan Quest was awesome, they just need to remember that.
