I don't see a problem with pc gaming. The only problem I see is greedy developers who don't want to create games pc gamers want to buy. Also if anyone is to blame its Microsoft for splintering the gaming market to begin with with its console initiative. They created a dedicated gaming pc (thats all the 360 really is) whiched wooed over some of my pc gaming brethren. Thanks Microsoft. :\
Wake up computer hardware/software industry(eh, maybe you have with this gaming alliance). Its pc gamers who wanted the next best piece of hardware or software to run that awesome new game thats kept the market moving forward all these years. You kill pc gaming and the advancement of technology in the computer industry will come to a crawl IMHO. Really most people can get by with a pc thats 4 years old and don't need dual core cpus with Windows Vista. Remove my reason to pc game and I wouldn't give a squat about new computer hardware and would no longer discuss it at work or with friends. Its the toss the pebble in the pond theory. Us pc gamers are the pebbles. I seriously believe if it wasn't for pc gamers the computer hardware industry would have stalled around the early 2000s. Most people can still get by with those builds.
