Cool, the batarians played a more significant role in the Mass effect book, it was almost totally weird and unexpected that they appeared nowhere in the game. Almost as if they wrote the book with the intent of having them in there and then ran out of time on the games production.

Anyway, this should be cool, the side quests were overall disappointing driving the mako (ugh) around pretty lame and barren landscapes, whereas the main quest planets were far more fleshed out and fun. I would assume this stuff will feel more like the latter.

I need to start up a second play of this game soon.
