While the window mentioned, late 2008, isnt a quote, if the rest of the article is truthful that looks like it was at least mentioned. Specifically Scott saying "we may miss the mark by a month or two" If that quote is accurate it points to them at least discussing a time frame with the reporter or at the very least theyve set something internally.

I eagerly anticipate the official word from them later today on the subject! :D
