CCP needs to get the avatars out of the box so non-scifi geeks can relate to it and start playing it. Right now the feeling that you are a person in a ship is not there. You are more of this abstract entity that changes shape all the time from one boat to another.

But they are on top of it its seems so its all good. Being a trader/manufacturer i can't wait for the new influx of people. We could really use some more liquidity in this market. And i could use some more ROI that will come with that.
