It's like you guys have never seen a vert- game before. This is nothing new to the widescreen gaming world, we've been waiting for a Battlefield 2 patch that fixes this problem since it was released. Hopefully 2K somewhat gives a shit about its customers and fixes this, instead of just ignoring it like EA.
