    I think all this will get SK and its owners is black-listed from technology providers.

    From what I understand all licensees get access to Epic's Perforce and can grab whatever and whenever they want. Gears is not in that tree, but that is Epic's game based on the engine in the main tree that all the devs have access to. So I don't see how SK can argue that they didn't get the same goodies.
