Dammit. My upstairs neighbor apparently got himself a puppy. And it's been alone in his appartment all day, since around 8 or 9. That's seven hours, and it's been howling and barking constantly.

So after I come home from shopping, I go up to take a look. There's no curtains on the windows. And the appartment is the dirtiest, most filthy place I've ever seen. Garbage and leftovers everywhere, and the pup's sitting in the middle of it, trembling and howling.

So now I called Animal Protection.

Poor little guy :(
