Well... you could theoretically do one push-up fast enough to create a sonic boom, though you'd probably need mechanical assistance to move upwards at 600+ MPH.

Unfortunately, if the stress of being violently accellerated to super-sonic speeds didn't kill you (it would), you would also have to survive the several-hundred foot fall that would accompany pushing off the ground with such force.
