    Any smarty Web peoples up?

I have a domin name that's giving a 403, which is weird. The account is set up on 1and1.com, in a directory called "hosting." The domain name was set up two days ago so it should be good to go.

Also, going to the IP address of the domain name gives a placeholder page. The only way to get to the actual page is to go to http://itsIP/hosting. What's going on? =(
