Here's another issue that appears evident to me... say that they enact this law without the stickers, but using the ESRB ratings... Who's to regulate this shit? I mean if a business can sell to a minor with a minimum risk of getting caught... they'll keep doing it. I've learned one thing from a majority of businesses and Retailers are the nastiest group you get. They will continue to sell until someone slaps their hand.
