sounds like it could be cool, i'm assuming a lot here but I'd hope that it's squad based combat set in the future in a dense urban environment half in ruins with old societys' citys submerged under water due to global warming etc etc.. with powered armor/etc but no ridiculous purple lazer weapons... maybe just caseless ammunition at the most (as far as futuristic weapons go..)..
maybe i'm half way thinking about akira/appleseed/gits though..
