Forward Observer

Some of Forward Observer's features:
* Buddy List support - You can now easily locate your friends and squad mates.
* Server monitoring and auto-joining - The scanning interval is configurable.
* Server list filtering - The lists can be filtered by Map, Ping, Connection, Number of Players and Max Number of Players or any combination of the criteria.
* Color schemes are configurable and can be saved.
* All columns can be sorted by clicking on the column headers.
* All columns can be rearranged by dragging the headers in the desired order.
* The Official and Unofficial Server lists can still be updated from the America's Army website server list, but the URL is now configurable.
* Player and Server Intel can be toggled off/on to have more room for the server list views.
* The form is resizable and scalable.
* The interface has been enhanced with a toolbar and right-click popup menus in the server lists.
