It makes various pickup items in the game (like ammo,
health and so on) respawn after random intervals of
time, instead of the unvarying respawn intervals they
normally observe.

The ranges of possible random interval lengths are
roughly configurable in the mutator's control panel.

Four different classes of pickup items are defined,
which can be selected or deselected for randomization
in the control panel.

I didn't bother with weapon pickups because most
people leave weaponstay on all the time anyhow.

I also didn't include vehicles or other things from
the gametypes other than deathmatch.

I wrote this because I've read a few lengthy arguments
about whether or not the practice of 'timing' the
pickups is a positive aspect of deathmatch.

That is, lots of people are in the practice of noting
when various items are grabbed. Knowing the standard
intervals at which they respawn, they can arrange to
be nearby when the items reappear.

Lots of other people, on the other hand, don't care
for this practice.

Well it seemed reasonable to me that some malcontent
or other should do the obvious thing and write a mutator.

As far as I know nobody has, so I've gone to the
trouble of figuring out enough of this 'object
oriented script programming' nonsense to do one
myself.
