Assuming your Battlefield 1942 installation has the default location on your hard drive, the full path will be:
C:\\Program Files\\EA GAMES\\Battlefield 1942\\Mods\\DC_Final\\Archives\\bf1942\\Levels
Open file with winrar and place only the .rfa file in this folder .
Extract the map .rfa file to the \"Levels\" directory in your DC_Final install:
