TL Mutator v3.01 for UT2004

The TL Mutator is now ported to UT2004.

Configure your translocator and create a server to play with your modified UT2004, UT2003 or UT Translocator online.

Features:
- Announcer for telefrags and shield impact kills.
- Different Flare and trail colors for Deathmatch.
- Translocator's Skin replacement system supporting all Unrealed materials.
- Telepunt with the old UT TL (moving beacon).
- Old hammer sound for the Shieldgun.
- TelefragFix mutator (players burst of pieces when telefragged online)
