Hidden & Dangerous 2 MP Demo 1.05 Patch

This patch updates the Hidden & Dangerous 2 multiplayer demo to version 1.05, fixing several bugs.
Multiplayer :
- The crashes whilst chatting (when player has been in the player screen and
typed a message) has been fixed.
- Players can now use chat messages even if they aren't spawned yet.
- Vehicle behaviour code improvements.
- Code improvements for people with lower pings.
- Fixed the occasional non-respawning bug.
- Several other little fixes
