DecalConverter is a small utility that makes the creation of color spray logos for half-life games easier. It allows you to quickly convert a picture (BMP, GIF or JPG) to a spray logo. Decal Converter manages everything : it resizes the picture and reduce the color's number to 256. Transparency is also managed by the software.
