Afterfall: InSanity is a post-apocalyptic action TPP horror game. 'Afterfall' means, that the game takes place in the Afterfall universe which is an alternate version of history since the Second World War. 'InSanity' refers to the shocking events that occur in the year 2035.

In Afterfall: InSanity our protagonist, Albert, is a member of the medical team in the Shelter. Especially interested in the Confinement Syndrome, even he is not free of its symptoms. When all hell begins to break loose, Albert will have to find out who is responsible for the tragedy and why. Discovering who is his enemy and who can be trusted as a friend, Albert will face dangers lurking in the darkness and will be forced to confront his own weakness' and fears.
