Post Mortem Retail Patch SP1

Update for the retail version of Post Mortem.
This patch addresses the following problems:
- game crash occurring during the discussion with Mac Loiseau
- voice-over bugs and rate of travel slowed down on certain portables
- bug resulting in slow character movements for users with Pentium 4 HyperThreading or Xeon processors
