Deadly Dozen 2 Retail 2.35 Patch

This patch updates the original CD version of Deadly Dozen 2: Pacific Theater to version 2.35.
Changes:
- Fixed many multiplayer crashes
- Optimized bandwidth usage
- Made squad follow better in Deathmatch and CTF multiplayer modes
- Small map tweaks (exit zones on several maps made larger)
- Sound fixes (bazooka now plays reload sound)
