S3/ATI D3D Fix

Here is an updated D3DDrv.dll which you can put in your UT2003/System directory after backing up the original file. It contains workarounds for S3 Savage 4 cards, fixes a bug in conjunction with z- pixel fog and works around a driver bug with vertex range fog on ATI cards which should fix the "brownout bug" in e.g. CTF-Face3.
