Action Half-Life Beta 5.0 to 5.5 update

This file updates the Half-Life mod Action Half-Life from version 5.0 to version 5.5.

- Removed backdive firing restriction

- Fixed grenade not appearing on vgui bug
- Improved flashlight effect to light up nearby players
- Quick strafing to give improved accuracy fixed
