Soldier of Fortune 2 Linux dedicated server v1.02a Patch

This file updates the Linux server version of Soldier of Fortune 2 from v1.02 to v1.02a.
This is the 1.02a version of the linux dedicated binary. This version fixes a problem where the PunkBuster event processor was not getting called in the main game loop.
