Gearbox Software is looking for a game/software test lead with previous
industry experience.

Candidate must:

- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of games past to present spanning
all platforms
- Have a keen understanding of fundamental game design – what is fun,
how to break and improve designs
- Have recent industry experience pushing titles through console
manufacturers’ Technical Certification Requirements (Xbox, PS2, and NGC)
- Be experienced and capable of leading a team of test engineers that
will interact and work closely with the development team
- Be capable and comfortable with the following IT administrative functions
o PC hardware installation and maintenance
o Both Windows and Unix (Linux) OS administration
o Programming proficiency in languages like Perl and PHP (C language
experience a plus)
o TCP/IP networking
- Live near or be willing to relocate to Dallas, TX
- Be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident with valid authorization to work
at any company in the US
