Greg Burke got an opportunity to unbox and review two of Plantronics RIG gaming headset line-up. Greg dives into what makes the RIG 600 and RIG 800HS great and gives us the info we need to decide whether they're worth a purchase.

The RIG 600 wired headset features 40mm drivers, a noise-cancelling mic, lightweight construction and connects via a 3.5 mm jack for cross-device compatibility. The RIG 600 also includes an inline mic that allows you to take the headset on the go and answer phone calls without having a goofy boom mic attached to it in public. The RIG 600 is available now for $99.99 from the Plantronics site and Amazon.

The RIG 800HS is a high-end wireless stereo headset for the PlayStation 4 that provides up to 24 hours of gaming goodness from a single battery charge. The RIG 800HS features 40mm drivers and a noise canceling mic as well as lagless sound for a distance of 10 meters. The RIG 800HS retails for $179.99 and can be purchased at the Plantronics website and Amazon.
