Ghost Recon: Wildlands has more of an open-world setup than previous installments in the series, so Ubisoft has released a single-player walkthough of a mission to give players a feel for the different choices they will have in the game.

The almost-22-minute video features lead game designer Dominic Butler taking players through a newly unlocked mission where the player is trying to extract a VIP of the Santa Blanca drug cartel. The mission goes off fairly smoothly, although there is one spot where the player gets hit pretty hard on "normal" difficulty. Ubisoft also released a shorter version for those who want the nuts and bolts of single-player without all the extra detail.

The game is scheduled for release on March 7, and Ubisoft is still taking signups for a beta planned for some time before launch.
