The first Xbox One backward compatible titles of 2017 are available today. The total games available through Xbox One's backward compatibility program, launched in November 2015, now total over 300.

The following Xbox 360 titles can now be purchased on the Xbox One store, or if you already own a disc or digital copy you can just play them:

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 - $20
Battlefield 3 - Must have disc
Dragon Age: Origins - $15
Ghostbusters - $15
Scrap Metal - $15
The Splatters - $10
Strania - $10

Out of these games, you’d be best served by picking up Battlefield: Bad Company 2, Dragon Age: Origins, and Ghostbusters for the price. All are excellent titles if you haven’t already played them, especially the hidden gem that is Ghostbusters. It didn’t get its fair due upon its release, and now that it’s for sale you should absolutely check it out.

The Xbox One backward compatibility program has been going strong since November 2015 and has garnered over 300 games since its inception. If you’ve been looking for a reason to throw out your Xbox 360 and swap to one console going forward, Microsoft is seemingly focused on making this a reality for you going forward.
