HyperX by Kingston is known for offering great products at comparatively low prices. It’s continuing this tradition with the announcement at CES 2017 of its debut of the HyperX Cloud Revolver S headset, which offers Dolby 7.1 Surround Sound for a very competitive price.

The HyperX Cloud Revolver S debuts in March with an MSRP of $150. The headset comes with a USB dongle that will enable the headset to plug-and-play Dolby 7.1 Surround Sound without any special software.

The new headset features sound isolating closed-back cups, 50mm drivers, and a noise-canceling microphone. The HyperX Cloud Revolver S headset looks to directly compete with higher-end headphones like the Sennheiser PC 373D that offer similar capabilities at a higher price. If the Cloud Revolver S can rival the sound of big name headsets, it might be the best bang for your buck.
