Although Atlus and Sega are listed as third-party publishers for Nintendo's Switch, Persona 5 and Yakuza 0 will remain exclusive to Sony consoles.

John Hardin, who manages PR for Sega and Atlus—the Sonic studio acquired Atlus in March 2016, but Sega of America handles publishing stateside—confirmed that that Persona 5 will come to PS3 and PS4, while Yakuza 0 will only be available on PS4.

"THAT'S. IT. No Switch. No PC," he announced on Twitter.

Persona 5 and Yakuza 0 are two of Sega's biggest games for 2017. As the title indicates, Yakuza 0 is a prequel in which players relive events that transpired before the original game.

Not all Sega/Atlus games will stick to Sony platforms. A new Sonic game was announced at the 2016 San Diego Comic-Con, and will race onto Nintendo Switch, PS4, and Xbox One this holiday season.

Nintendo plans to divulge more Switch details at a press event scheduled for January 12, next Thursday.
