Metal Slug 2: Super Vehicle-001/II, more commonly known as simply Metal Slug 2, is a run and gun video game developed by SNK. It was originally released in 1998 for the Neo-Geo MVS arcade platform as the sequel to the popular 1996 game Metal Slug.

      The Metal Slug games are fantastic. Playing on an emulator on PC, the slow downs aren't nearly as bad. I've used the main character sprite as my gaming avatar for at least 10 years now.

        I think the Mame emulator tries to emulate the slowdowns from the Metal Slug games since it was part of the charm. It's been a while since I've rocked that game, though.

      My almost 5 year old's favorite game (well, a tie between this and sunsetriders). We liked the video :)

      Awesome, easily one of my favorite Arcade games. I love the Metal Slug series, its EPIC.

      They need to make a new HD 2D one.
