Although it launched under criticism of offering scant content, Star Wars Battlefront is a much fuller game these days. Battlefront's last DLC launches today, adding four maps, new playable hero characters, and a new gameplay mode.

The Rogue One: Scarif DLC takes place on the tropical planet of Scarif, a location in the upcoming Star Wars: Rogue One. You'll get to play as a few of the new characters that will be introduced in the movie, with the reels getting Jyn Erso, and the Imperials getting Director Orson Krennic.

There are also new weapons. The A180 which is a blaster pistol that can change between sniper, rifle, and ion modes. There is also the DT-29, a blaster pistol that uses ammunition instead of the overheat system.

For the PlayStation 4 version of Star Wars Battlefront, in addition to the Rogue One: Scarif DLC you can play the free Rogue One: X-Wing VR Mission for PlayStation VR. Unfortunately, if you don't already have Star Wars Battlefront downloaded to your PlayStation 4 you will have to download the whole 43 GB main game as X-Wing VR Mission is not a standalone application.
