Telltale Reveals Guardians of the Galaxy as Their 2017 Marvel Partnership

Now if only they could use a new engine.

We can thank the voice acting union for a small slip which revealed the franchise that the previously announced Telltale and Marvel collaboration will center around. In a document of game titles that still need voice over contracts negotiated, there was a listing for "Guardians of the Galaxy - The Video Game a.k.a. Blue Harvest."

Previously a Marvel executive has stated the game will be "sexy" and "authentic". However, other than that we've had no info on the plot for the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy Telltale game. It's also not known whether it will tie into the May 2017 release of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.
