Watch Dogs 2 comes out tomorrow, but a streamer may have already found the biggest Easter Egg the game has to offer. NeoGaf user FlammableAce stumbled onto a video clip during a hidden side mission that involves hacking an in-game Ubisoft building that contained a short clip of what seems to be a teaser clip for a sci-fi themed game.
While Ubisoft hasn't confirmed that the video clip is, in fact, a title they're working on, the hidden mission is discovered by overhearing an in-game Ubisoft employee talking about previous leaks of Assassin's Creed Syndicate, Unity, and Osiris. The video is also watermarked with "Ubisoft Confidential" markings and is definitely mocked up to seem like a game trailer.
Hopefully, this is an actual new product from Ubisoft because the hard sci-fi look, colorful palette, and twangy western background music make the game seem like Cowboy Bebop is written all over it. With No Man's Sky being a disappointment for so many, a game of this type done well might be just what the market needs right now.
